We provide the infrastructure for AI within Unreal Engine that extends beyond basic implementation. With 26 000+ users and partnerships with industry giants, Ludus AI is automating C++, Blueprints, and 3D asset generation. We’re looking for a Developer who wants to go under the hood of the multimodal AI system, not just use it in their everyday work.

Why this role exists

We need a Python-focused developer to act as the engine room of our AI services. You will be responsible for shipping reliable backend features and AI-adjacent systems that bridge the gap between large models and the Unreal Engine environment. This is a role for someone who values fast product iteration but refuses to compromise on code reliability.

What you will do

• Scalable Backend: Develop and maintain high-performance Python services and APIs that power Ludus AI tools.

• AI Orchestration: Integrate and iterate on AI components, LLM pipelines, and system integrations.

• Code Quality: Write robust tests (unit/integration) and refactor existing logic to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.

• Fast Iteration: Collaborate closely with the engine team to solve technical hurdles and ship product improvements in a high-speed startup rhythm.

Requirements

• Python Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience with Python. You know the language's strengths and its pitfalls.

• Quality Mindset: Deep respect for regression testing and clean code habits (DRY, SOLID).

• Modern Backend: Comfortable working with APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.

• AI Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted workflows or LLMs into existing codebases.

• Autonomy: Strong remote work organization and independence.

• Communication: Solid English (min. B2, C1 preferred) & znajomość języka polskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację.

• Culture: A solid sense of humor (memes are our second language).

Nice to have

• Pragmatic "ship-it" mindset with AI libraries (e.g., Langchain, Agno, or similar).

• Cloud & DevOps experience (AWS/GCP, Docker).

• Curiosity about Unreal Engine workflows or gamedev tooling.
