Location: Remote or in our Warsaw office
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure based on AWS, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
Implement and manage database infrastructure, including RDS / Aurora.
Create, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Design and improve infrastructure standards, tools, and engineering practices.
Support software development teams in building, deploying, and maintaining environments and internal platforms.
Implement and maintain solutions related to secrets management, access control, and infrastructure security.
Document infrastructure, configurations, and operational processes across internal and external systems.
Share DevOps and infrastructure engineering best practices across teams.
Contribute to monitoring, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services.
Practical experience with RDS / Aurora.
Proven experience in building and managing infrastructure using Terraform.
Solid background in infrastructure engineering and automation.
Good understanding of secrets management and infrastructure/security best practices.
Experience with Docker and container-based environments.
Experience in building, maintaining, or supporting CI/CD pipelines
Good scripting skills.
Advanced written and spoken technical English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Datadog.
Knowledge of Grafana / Prometheus.
Experience with building or maintaining an observability stack.
Experience with tools such as Packer / Ansible / Chef.
AWS certifications.
