Technical Writer (Observability / SRE)

We are looking for a Technical Writer responsible for creating and improving documentation for both clients and internal teams. The role focuses on the observability domain and close collaboration with technical teams (SRE, engineering).

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain user-facing documentation (guides, tutorials, how-to, best practices)

• Improve and maintain client-facing documentation

• Develop and organize internal documentation for technical teams

• Build learning paths with different levels of advancement

• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to better understand products and user needs

• Translate complex technical topics into clear and understandable content

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Writer in an IT environment

• Knowledge of Observability / SRE (e.g. monitoring, logging, tracing)

• Solid general IT knowledge to understand client needs

• Experience in creating user-facing documentation

• Ability to structure knowledge and build logical learning paths

• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Experience working with product or platform documentation

• Very good command of English
