Technical Project / Program Manager

As a Technical Project/Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and data initiatives across global platforms. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, Agile leadership, and the ability to steer cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

• Collaborate with data/software engineers and product managers to define technical solutions and project requirements.

• Actively facilitate and lead technical team ceremonies (Scrum/Agile) for engineering teams.

• Manage timelines, resources, cross-functional dependencies, and proactive risk mitigation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous process improvement across distributed teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience managing complex technical programs or software development projects.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Solid technical background with an understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architecture.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing large-scale, global projects with multiple external dependencies.

• Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake or similar analytics environments).

• Background or exposure to regulated or high-growth industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, biotech, or fintech).
