Technical Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive improvements in our software delivery processes across the organization. This role combines program management with engineering workflow optimization, adoption of DevOps best practices, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve end-to-end delivery processes (from idea to deployment and operations).

• Implement metrics and reporting to measure predictability and efficiency (e.g., lead time, throughput, quality indicators).

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, introduce automated testing and security gates.

• Promote modern delivery practices (progressive delivery, trunk-based workflows, feature flags).

• Define and maintain process standards for release, incident, defect, and change management.

• Deliver workshops, short trainings, and Q&A sessions for engineering teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide delivery scorecards and reports on trends and blockers.

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience managing large, complex IT programs.

• Strong expertise with Jira, CI/CD pipelines, TestRail, ITSM tools.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), DevOps, and IAM/RBAC.

• Proven track record working in matrix organizations and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.

• Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

• Fluent English (minimum C1).

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Agile and/or project management (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP).

• Experience with AI-assisted development and testing practices.
