Technical Business Analyst with German

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with fluent German and a solid background in Front-End–related projects. The ideal candidate should also have experience in the banking sector and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, especially Front-End developers, to ensure feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.

• Participate in digital transformation initiatives within the banking domain.

• Prepare documentation of processes, workflows, and system interactions.

• Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and opportunities.

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and support testing activities (UAT).

Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent German and English (verbal and written).

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Understanding of Front-End technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks) — enough to work effectively with Front-End teams.

• Experience in banking or financial services projects.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Knowledge of UX/UI concepts.

• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, or system architecture basics.
