Tech Lead – UX/UI Embedded Systems

Overview

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of the technical direction and delivery of a cross-functional team developing the user interface and embedded control system for a next-generation smart digital oven. This role blends hands-on Rust expertise, team leadership, and project coordination in a highly collaborative, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four software engineers working on embedded and UX/UI components.

• Define and maintain the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the product’s control and interface layer.

• Coordinate with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to ensure smooth integration between software, UI, and embedded systems.

• Ensure on-time delivery, technical quality, and scalability of the developed solution.

• Provide technical guidance in Rust, reviewing code and supporting best practices.

• Balance hands-on coding with leadership and stakeholder management responsibilities.
