Senior UX/UI Designer with German 🎨🚀

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (C1/C2 German proficiency) to join an exciting long-term project for one of our key clients. If you thrive in digital product design, customer experience strategy, UX/UI design, and love crafting seamless user experiences, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do

🔹 Design user-centered experiences for mobile, desktop, and web applications (responsive)

🔹 Visualize concepts from idea to final design using usability engineering tools

🔹 Develop user guidance & interaction design, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey

🔹 Provide expert advice on CSS/LESS, accessibility, and frontend architecture for apps

🔹 Create iconography, UI elements, and user flows while maintaining design consistency

🔹 Conduct usability tests and implement improvements based on user feedback

🔹 Align business needs with user expectations to deliver engaging digital experiences

What You Bring

✅ Fluent German (C1/C2) & English – strong communication skills are essential

✅ 6+ years of UX/UI experience across B2C, B2B digital products, and customer journeys

✅ Proficiency in Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Mural, Photoshop, Illustrator, and more

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

✅ Strong understanding of Agile & Lean UX methodologies

✅ Experience working within industries like eCommerce, Retail, Telecom, BFSI, or Product organizations

💡 Nice to Have

➕ Knowledge of frontend technologies to collaborate effectively with developers

➕ Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and accessibility design

➕ Background in consumer-centric industries or digital agencies
