We're on the lookout for a Senior Front-End Developer/UX/UI Designer who’s not only fluent in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, but who also lives and breathes product design, accessibility, and design systems. Someone who spots the tiniest visual detail, questions how things feel, and is constantly thinking about how design and code come together to create meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of beautiful, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Vue and Vuetify.
• Work closely with the CTO, product owner and backend engineers to bring concepts to life.
• Shape and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and elegance.
• Champion accessibility best practices across the product.
• Contribute to a flexible, pragmatic, fast-paced environment where ideas turn into shipped features quickly.
• Help us refine and continuously improve how learning products are built in a modern LMS.

Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Vue.js (or another modern JS framework) and ideally Vuetify.
• A keen eye for design and UX — you care how things look, feel, and function.
• Deep understanding of accessibility principles and how to implement them.
• Passion for design systems and building scalable, component-based front-end architectures.
• A collaborative mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action.
• Interest or familiarity with event-based microservice architectures on the backend is a bonus.
