Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to lead IT project deliveries and oversee complex infrastructure environments. In this role, you will develop sophisticated system standards, recommend performance improvements, and define best practices for both on-prem and cloud-based deployments. You will act as a technical mentor and a key expert in global technology rollouts.

Technical Requirements

• Microsoft Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2019 – 2025), Microsoft Application Servers, and Modern Management.

• Cloud Services: Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and Intune (all services required).

• Directory Services & Policy: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP administration and Group Policy (GPO) design/configuration.

• Infrastructure & Virtualization: Strong experience with VMware or Hyper-V and a solid understanding of core networking and troubleshooting.

• Automation: Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Certifications: Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent are highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, develop project plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement contingency plans.

• Systems Standardization: Develop high-level system standards and document support procedures/best practices.

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues across physical, virtual, and cloud deployments.

• Evaluation: Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluations to stay ahead of technology trends.

• Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members while interacting with peer technical groups.

Nice to Have

• Experience in global deployments and rollouts of new technologies.

• Knowledge or experience in AI areas (Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science).
