Senior Salesforce Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with multiple business teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Configure and extend Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and reports.

• Build and maintain integrations with Outlook, marketing tools, websites, and internal systems.

• Support recruitment, communications, and investor relations teams with processes and reporting.

• Provide training, documentation, and user support to drive adoption and efficiency.

• Monitor system performance, maintain data quality, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience (Consultant, Administrator, Developer, or similar).

• Salesforce Administrator certification required;

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and integrations.

• Knowledge of SQL, Visualforce, HTML/CSS/JS, and optionally Angular.

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Tableau, or industry-specific Salesforce Clouds is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Platform App Builder or Developer certifications preferred.
