Leading Salesforce Data 360 implementations
Designing, integrating, creating, modifying Data 360 components within the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, SF Core platforms)
Gathering, understanding and transforming business-use cases into an actionable technical items
Leading workshops and trainings; acting as a Data 360 advocate
QUALIFICATIONS
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Proven hands-on experience of at least two years with Salesforce Data 360 (fka Data Cloud, CDP) backed with Data 360 certification
Experience designing scalable data architectures on Salesforce
Understanding of Data Cloud credit consumption drivers
Ability to own an end-to-end Data Cloud data lifecycle, covering ETL/ELT ingestion, transformations, data modeling, segmentation, activation, and API-based integrations
Background in Marketing Automation (familiarity of Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization)
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse) – nice to have
Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
