QA Engineer -hybryda Warszawa

We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and help us build reliable, user-friendly applications. In this role, you’ll work hand in hand with developers and project managers to make sure quality is part of every step of the development process.

What you’ll do:

• Design and run test plans across different types of testing (functional, UI, integration, regression, automation)

• Spot and report bugs, suggest improvements, and ensure a great user experience

• Build and maintain automated tests and support CI/CD processes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements

• Share QA best practices and help the team continuously improve

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing/QA

• Solid programming background (preferably C#)

• Hands-on test automation experience

• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN, etc.)

• Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills

• Financial industry background is a plus
