QA Engineer

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer who cares deeply about quality and details. As a senior member of our PaaS Customer Delivery team in Warsaw, you will do more than just test software. You will help shape reliable and scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

This role is important and has a big impact. You will be the final person checking features before they reach customers. You will support high quality by working closely with engineers, product delivery managers, and business analysts. If you enjoy breaking down complex systems, finding problems, and working in a fast-moving environment, this role is a good fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create and run functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests for complex platform features.

• Work with engineers and analysts to review technical requirements and set clear acceptance criteria.

• Find, report, and track defects, and clearly explain risks and possible delivery issues.

• Keep detailed test documentation and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with delivery teams.

• Help build, manage, and grow automated test suites to improve delivery speed.

• Take part in improving QA processes, tools, and reporting.

• Support high quality standards throughout the full software development and delivery process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA Engineering or software testing.

• Strong knowledge of QA methods, test planning, and test lifecycle management.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with different roles.

• Skilled in tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar systems.

• Strong analytical thinking, with attention to edge cases and system risks.

Preferred

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.

• Knowledge of test automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.

• Experience testing platform-based (PaaS) or multi-tenant enterprise systems.

• Background in SaaS or configurable enterprise software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
