QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed test analysis and contribute to comprehensive test plans, including objectives, campaigns, and execution conditions.

• Use strong business understanding to prioritize testing activities and ensure test coverage aligns with business value.

• Design and create test baselines, including test cases, datasets, test campaigns, and follow-up procedures.

• Identify, prepare, and research physical datasets required for testing activities.

• Automate test cases using internal frameworks, standards, and best practices.

• Oversee and support test execution, investigate anomalies, and produce clear and reliable test evidence.

• Track and monitor anomaly resolution, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

• Contribute to the definition, execution, and closure of the test strategy and test phases.

• Provide accurate and timely inputs for test reports, results summaries, and quality metrics.

• Capture and document learnings, improvements, and reusable components to support continuous test process optimization.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Agile testing, with strong exposure to BDD practices.

• Practical knowledge of tools such as Gherkin, Xray, JIRA, Playwright, Postman, GitLab, and Jenkins.

• Strong focus on continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and promoting a quality-driven culture.

• Proven hands-on experience with BDD and test automation, including writing automated test scenarios and maintaining test frameworks.
