Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Develop and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, and staffing.
Set and track project milestones while managing unforeseen delays and realigning expectations.
Establish communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders and staff.
Facilitate the gathering and validation of project requirements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and performance databases.
Analyze risks and provide regular updates to Senior Management to minimize delivery delays.
Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects within defined constraints.
Communicate regularly with clients to confirm schedules and resolve project issues.
Requirements
At least three years of management experience in the IT field, including development and customer-facing work.
Strong knowledge of software development industry standards and Agile techniques (e.g., user stories, backlogs, DoD).
Experience delivering projecagts in environments involving multiple development teams and cross-functional setups.
Proficiency in project management software, specifically JIRA.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to coordinate with vendors and management.
Proven ability to create proactive, self-organizing teams with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
