    Job description

    Project Management Officer (PMO)


    Responsibilities

    • Support Program Managers in strategic global programs, ensuring projects comply with CIB ITO Project & Portfolio Office norms and standards
    • Monitor project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets; identify and report any discrepancies
    • Organize regular sessions with Project Managers to review financial actuals and discuss any variances
    • Collaborate with finance teams to clarify unknown costs and drive necessary cost corrections
    • Assist in initiating and setting up new projects in Clarity PPM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
    • Maintain and update project statuses, milestones, and deliverables in Clarity, providing timely and precise reports for stakeholders
    • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment on project progress
    • Identify and implement process improvements within the PMO to enhance efficiency and best practices


    Requirements

    ✅ Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role

    ✅ Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM

    ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    ✅ Ability to coordinate across teams & locations and establish project governance

    ✅ Excellent communication skills and fluent English (Advanced level)

    ✅ Experience in budget management and financial tracking

    ✅ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

    ✅ Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
