Program Manager – IT Stability & Resilience
Lead the IT Stability & Resilience Program across Application Support, driving service availability, incident reduction, automation, and operational excellence
Define and execute a global stability roadmap aligned with CTO strategy and Production Excellence objectives
Establish governance, prioritization, and reporting frameworks across multiple application domains
Drive stability and resilience initiatives (incident/problem reduction, performance, capacity, monitoring) using SRE, ITIL4, FinOps, and service quality frameworks
Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to enhance observability, monitoring, and automation (e.g. Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, ELK)
Define, track, and report stability KPIs and OKRs
Ensure effective post-incident reviews and follow-up on long-term remediation actions
Act as the central point of contact for stability initiatives across IT, business lines, and governance bodies
Communicate progress, risks, and value delivered to senior stakeholders, including executive-level reporting
Ensure alignment with IT risk, security, regulatory, and audit requirements
Support teams through change management, training, and adoption of best practices and tools
Bring 8+ years of IT Production/Application Support experience with strong program management, cloud/hybrid infrastructure knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills
