Product Manager – eLIMS Clinical Diagnostics
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) supporting Clinical Diagnostics across Europe and global markets.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Acting as the voice of the business and users, you will balance customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency to drive measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to ensure the product aligns with organizational strategy and delivers sustainable value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Governance
Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and roadmap.
Translate business strategy into product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Establish and manage product governance, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
Own key product success metrics, including value, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with executives, business leaders, and users to align priorities and outcomes.
Challenge and structure demand by focusing on business problems rather than requested features.
Drive alignment around KPIs, value realization, and product priorities.
Product Delivery
Work with Business, IT, and vendors to deliver product enhancements and improvements.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
Experience
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in an IT environment.
Experience establishing and operating product governance in complex organizations.
Demonstrated success in translating business strategy into product roadmaps and business results.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
Business & Technical Expertise
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with prioritization frameworks, product operating models, and demand management.
Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
Knowledge of IT systems, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Nice to Have
Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry and/or Healthcare.
Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
