Power Platform Developer (CanvasApss and PowerBi)

We are looking for an experienced professional who can design and deliver intelligent business applications and analytics solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business needs into AI-powered tools and insights.

Key Responsibilities & Core Expertise

• Design and develop advanced Canvas Apps using modern UI components and AI-driven capabilities such as Copilot and automated form intelligence.

• Build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards, leveraging natural language generation, predictive analytics, and seamless integration with Microsoft Fabric.

• Work confidently with Dataverse and SharePoint as core data sources, ensuring smooth integration with Azure-based services.

Technical Capabilities

• Create AI-first solutions by utilizing Copilot-generated logic, reusable components, and intelligent automation features.

• Apply best practices in solution management, application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and component standardization.

• Ensure scalable, maintainable architectures within the Power Platform environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of AI agents and hyper-automation strategies.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric data pipelines and workflows.

Soft Skills

• Ability to collect and analyze business requirements, transforming them into AI-enhanced applications and business intelligence solutions.

• Strong collaboration skills, particularly within cross-functional “fusion” teams that combine professional developers and citizen developers.
