Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to join our team and deliver high-quality, scalable Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex Pega applications, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications, including Case Management, Data Models, UI, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system performance and reliability.

• Participate actively in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure best practices in Pega development, maintainable code, and quality standards.

• Support testing, deployment, and documentation of Pega solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development.

• Proven experience delivering complex Pega solutions.

• Strong knowledge of core Pega concepts: Case Management, Data Models, UI, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration abilities.

• Experience in the Healthcare sector is a strong plus.

• Pega certifications (CSSA, LSA) are an advantage.
