MicroStrategy Specialists

We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Specialist to support an existing on-premises BI platform and contribute to its future evolution.

This role is focused on hands-on MicroStrategy expertise combined with the ability to support and shape discussions around platform transition or replacement.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the existing MicroStrategy (on-premises) environment

• Work on reporting, data models, and performance optimization

• Analyze current BI setup and identify improvement areas

• Support transition or replacement initiatives from a conceptual perspective

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports

• Participate in discussions around future BI tools and architecture direction

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (on-premises)

• Good understanding of BI environments and data flows

• Experience working with SQL and data warehouses

• Ability to understand and discuss system changes or migrations

• Experience in maintaining or supporting legacy BI platforms

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI platform migrations or upgrades

• Exposure to modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Experience in enterprise environments (banking, telco, etc.)
