We are seeking two Junior Project Specialists to join our team for a 6-month full-time engagement. The primary goal of this role is to support the planning and management of project tasks, contributing to effective project execution and stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deploy project tasks.

• Mitigate risks and follow-up on assigned tasks.

• Verify and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in project meetings.

• Engage in proactive and complex stakeholder management based on project needs.

• Utilize JIRA for project management, especially during migration projects.

Key Requirements:

• Basic experience in running projects.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Ability to build and maintain good business relationships.

• Focus on achieving goals and finding solutions at all organizational levels.

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic organization.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.

• Background in migration projects.
