IT Product Owner
Key Responsibilities:
Backlog Management: Defines and manages the product backlog, ensuring item deployment with stakeholders and IT teams to maximize business value.
Requirement Framing: Leads the definition and prioritization of business needs, including gap analysis (As-Is/To-Be), use cases, and user stories.
Systems Diagnosis: Conducts diagnosis on information systems to identify functionality limits and opportunities for improvement in line with the product vision.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinates with UX/UI designers, architects, and project managers to design new features and evolving operating models.
Change Management: Contributes to rollout plans, including user training, communication, and assessing feedback to align the product with objectives.

Business-IT Synergy: Expert-level skill in managing Business/IT relationships and anticipating strategic business evolutions.

Technical & Financial Literacy: Proficient in financial/performance analysis, IT knowledge, and digital culture.
Methodologies & Tools: Experienced in Agile and Waterfall methodologies using Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Visio
