Project Manager

At Pretius, we are looking for Project Manager to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programs

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners

• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and quality metrics

• Drive structured project governance and reporting

• Conduct stakeholder communication and status presentations

• Negotiate priorities, resources, timelines, and solutions with clients and internal teams

• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects

• Proven track record of successful project delivery

• Very good command of German (spoken and written)

• Strong organizational and structured working style

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  
  

Nice to have

• Experience working in international and matrix organizations 

• Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
