Core Responsibilities
Functional Support: Manage end-user requests, incident qualification, and regular communication for investment banking platforms.
Production Management: Provide L2 technical support, handle deployments (Staging/Prod), and manage system monitoring and security.
Infrastructure Coordination: Work with infra teams on DRP, environment building, and obsolescence management.
Continuous Improvement: Implement DevOps practices, automate tasks via scripting, and maintain quality reporting (KPIs).
Technical Requirements
OS/DB: Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, and SQL Server (performance tuning, execution plans).
Scripting & Middleware: Python, Shell, JSON/YAML, IBM MQ, CFT, Tomcat, and Apache.
Automation/CI/CD: Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Autosys.
Cloud & Monitoring: Kubernetes, OpenSearch, and Dynatrace.
Networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, and VPC/Subnets.
Process: ITIL, ServiceNow/JIRA, and basic IAM/Vault concepts.
Soft Skills
Client-oriented mindset with proactive communication.
Strong documentation skills (Wiki/SharePoint).
Ability to coordinate across technical and business functional teams.
