Guidewire Developer

The Opportunity

We are looking for talented Guidewire Developers to join our international team and contribute to insurance platform transformation projects. You will work in agile teams, collaborating closely to achieve both project and client goals. This is a great opportunity for motivated developers eager to implement innovative solutions using a modern technology stack while working alongside industry leaders.

We have one open position for each Guidewire module:

• Claim Center

• Policy Center

• Billing Center

As part of our global organization, you will participate in international projects leveraging cutting-edge data technologies and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain solutions within Guidewire modules.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and onsite coordinators.

• Contribute to planning and monitoring of project deliverables.

• Support knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

• Participate in organization-wide initiatives and projects.

• Be open to occasional travel to customer locations when required.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Experience in Java and Guidewire development.

• Understanding of JVM technologies and related ecosystem (e.g., Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Application Servers, Messaging Systems).

• Familiarity with clean coding practices and design patterns.

• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical field.

• 1.5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in a corporate IT environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Angular 5.

• Working knowledge of Kotlin.
