We’re looking for a Software Engineer to lead technical delivery across multiple agile pods, drive innovation, and ensure our CLM platforms are robust, scalable, and compliant.
What You’ll Do
Drive delivery of business outcomes Client Lifecycle management pods
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement onboarding strategies.
Ensure platform performance, stability, and regulatory compliance.
Champion modern software development and cultural initiatives.
What You'll Bring
5–10+ years in software development
Strong skills in Java, Spring, REST/SOAP
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software.
Deep understanding of Agile and Lean delivery practices.
