GenAI Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on creating innovative and reliable AI-powered applications while ensuring adherence to trusted AI practices such as fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Design and optimize vector embeddings and perform prompt engineering to enhance AI model outputs.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks (e.g., BERT, GPT, Transformer models) to solve complex challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions.
• Drive the adoption of MLOps/DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
• Conduct thorough data engineering tasks such as data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for AI projects.
• Utilize cloud platforms, particularly Azure, for scalable AI model training and deployment.
• Implement and monitor AI models for performance and reliability, ensuring compliance with trusted AI principles.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and contribute to innovative research and projects.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python programming and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI and deep learning techniques.
• Strong expertise in NLP and related frameworks such as BERT, GPT, or Transformer models.
• Knowledge and experience in vector embeddings and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure for cloud-based AI solutions.
• Familiarity with trusted AI practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ElasticDB or similar tools for data storage and retrieval.
• Proficiency in MLOps/DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for AI model performance.
• Track record of driving innovation through AI research and development.
• Experience with AI pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
