Business Analyst

Your Role

The successful candidate will join a team of Business Analysts within a wider Projects and Change Delivery function. This team is high-performing, supportive, and inclusive, working on global business change and technology programmes in close collaboration with various business units and operational teams.

This role requires an experienced and capable Business Analyst, responsible for delivering analysis activities across projects and programmes. You should feel comfortable working directly with stakeholders from different business functions and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities include conducting Business Analysis throughout the entire project lifecycle — from defining problem statements, managing requirements, process mapping, and business change analysis, to operating model design, data and financial analysis, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

You will collaborate to define the scope, objectives, and expected benefits of new initiatives and agree on business analysis deliverables and timelines. The role also involves running workshops with diverse stakeholder groups, both in person and virtually.

Additionally, you’ll support supplier selection processes by preparing business requirements and actively promote the value of Business Analysis as a critical element of successful project and programme delivery.

Your Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a background in delivering medium to large, complex projects and programmes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels and translate business conversations into technical requirements (and vice versa).
• Experience working with a broad range of business stakeholders and facilitating alignment across diverse groups.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Azure DevOps, Mural, Visio, Tableau, Power BI, Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), Waterfall and Agile delivery, UAT scripts, workshops, and RFP processes.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex, technical information — able to adjust communication style to suit different audiences while remaining clear and concise.
• Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, active listening, and stakeholder questioning. Previous involvement in financial process improvement or process optimisation projects would be an advantage.
