BPM / Java Developer

Your responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Develop advanced, scalable applications using Java.

• BPM Development: Design, implement, and optimize workflows using BPMN 2.0 (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti, jBPM or similar).

• Integration: Connect BPM systems with various applications and services.

• Code Review: Review and evaluate code written by peers, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.

• Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues, improve application efficiency.

• Architecture Planning: Contribute to application design and technical decision-making.

• Mentoring: Support and guide less experienced team members.

• Documentation: Create and maintain project and code documentation.

Skills & experience

• Commercial experience in Java development.

• Hands-on knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API, Microservices, Web Services.

• Experience with BPMN 2.0 workflows (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti, jBPM or similar).

• Knowledge of Maven and build processes.

• Good understanding of message queues (Kafka, Pub/Sub).

• Strong SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with Git version control.

• Understanding of cloud solutions (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS a plus).

• Awareness of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

• Experience in multithreaded programming and distributed systems.

• Exposure to application monitoring (e.g., ELK stack).

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and curiosity to learn.

• Team-oriented, collaborative approach.

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
