Azure Infra Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions within the financial sector. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and highly available Azure environments, with exposure to AI-related Azure services and selected data platform components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure following best practices and security standards

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Participate in cloud architecture design, including network, security, and identity components

• Support and integrate Azure AI services into existing infrastructure (e.g. Azure AI, Cognitive Services, OpenAI)

• Collaborate with data and application teams on selected data-related Azure services

• Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and cost efficiency of cloud environments

• Support compliance, governance, and security requirements typical for financial institutions

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure

• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture design and Azure best practices

• Experience with Azure AI services (major focus) and basic exposure to Azure data services

• Familiarity with security, networking, and identity management in Azure

• Experience working in or with financial sector environments is a strong advantage
