Automation Developer - low code

We’re looking for a professional who will join our team focused on business process automation using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools and RPA platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and optimizing automation workflows with IDP tools (experience with Hypatos or similar platforms is a plus).

• Working with leading RPA technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

• Building effective prompts and AI-driven document processing solutions (experience with GPT models would be an advantage).

• Integrating systems through APIs and leveraging OCR technologies.

• Using programming basics (e.g. JSONata, SQL, Python, or JavaScript) to enhance automation logic.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage work independently.

• Solid understanding of business processes and an eye for optimization.

• Good command of both Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

• Understanding of transactional processes (AP, AR, Order Management).

• German language skills.
