Application Production Support – Fund Accounting

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Fund Accounting applications and act as the primary point of contact for users

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure timely and accurate NAV delivery

• Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents related to accounting processes and systems

• Support fund accounting activities including NAV cycle, financial instruments, and derivatives

• Investigate issues related to accounting migrations, special events, and BAU operations

• Maintain application stability through effective incident, problem, change, and performance management

• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers during production events and testing phases

• Ensure clear communication, reporting, and escalation to stakeholders and management

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Application Production Support or the financial services industry

• Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, and fund structures (e.g. multiclass, pooling)

• Hands-on experience with Multifonds FA (MFGA)

• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries

• Experience working with Oracle DB, Linux/Unix, and enterprise application environments

• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

• Strong analytical skills, autonomy in issue investigation, and client-focused mindset

• Fluent English;

• experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace) is a strong plus
