- In the limango IT you get the chance to contribute your own ideas and know-how to maintain and develop our highly frequented, self built online shop for our markets in Poland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands
- Together with our experienced and international Operations teams you will ensure that all limango employees can work highly productive to bring limango sites to the next level
- You will work in a modern tech stack world: bare metal, virtualized and cloud-hosted infrastructure
- The following technologies await you: Active Directory, MS Exchange, Microsoft 365, Baramundi, VMware, Veeam
- Manage and maintain existing Limango IT systems
- Administer and maintain client management system and endpoints patching
- Take care of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory management along with endpoints management
- Conduct Windows Server deployment, configuration, administration and maintenance
- Participate in meetings with Otto Group to implement group standards within limango infrastructure (technical German is a must)
- Follow and implement industry-leading ITSM and security practices
- Cooperate closely with other specialists within our Helpdesk, Sysadmin and Information Security groups combining teams from Germany and Poland
- Provide technical support to limango GmbH employees, troubleshoot business applications and environments
- Deep understanding and several years of professional experience in configuring and maintaining client management systems in a corporate environment - experience in supporting software deployment and client patching
- Deep understanding and several years of professional experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows operating systems in a corporate environment
- Basic networking skills making you able to troubleshoot if problem exists on network level or system/application layer
- Both English and German communication skills
- Ability to communicate efficiently with non-technical colleagues and translate IT-related issues in an easily understandable manner
- Active approach to resolving issues and improving the quality of overall IT service
- Experience using Baramundi (for Windows-based endpoints management) is a plus
- Jamf (for MacOS-based endpoints management) knowledge and experience is a plus
