What can you do with us?
- Translate business needs into actionable, implementable features while evaluating associated risks and opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analyses to identify and capitalize on opportunities for new functionalities that set the product apart in the productivity mining landscape.
- Develop Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases, complete with structured documentation and detailed Acceptance Criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product, CTO, other Business Analysts, and the UX/UI Designer to align feature development with the overall product vision.
- Partner with Customer Success and Development teams to ensure seamless translation of customer needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to backlog planning and prioritization, ensuring tasks are effectively sequenced and aligned with strategic objectives.
What should you bring to KYP.ai?
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in software and/or system development, working on complex enterprise applications, SaaS, web and/or data platforms.
- Experience in process mining, task mining, process intelligence or automation technologies is a plus
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Skilled in creating Epics, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria using structured documentation.
- Solid skills in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and SQL.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Familiarity with backlog planning and task prioritization in a product development environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
