An innovative AI-driven tech company is looking for a Software Engineer with strong API and infrastructure experience to help build and scale its core platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-performance developer tools and reliable systems that power production-ready AI applications at scale.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience, including 3+ years building APIs
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Skilled with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and service mesh tools
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (IAM, networking)
• Familiar with backend frameworks like FastAPI or Express
• Deep understanding of API protocols (REST, gRPC, WebSockets), authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys), and versioning practices
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Jenkins
• Comfortable with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust, developer-friendly APIs and SDKs
• Integrate and deploy machine learning models into scalable cloud environments
• Manage cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC tools
• Implement monitoring, autoscaling, alerting, and recovery mechanisms for platform reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD, release management, and secure deployment workflows
• Collaborate on API security, access control, and usage tracking systems
• Optimize platform performance, observability, and operational efficiency
