Senior SAP ABAP Developer

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our expert SAP Development team supporting a global player in the manufacturing industry. In this strategic role, you will transform complex business challenges into scalable SAP solutions.

Your expertise will be crucial in both ongoing development and the S/4HANA transformation program, with a strong focus on logistics and the SD module.

Your Daily Missions

1. Collaborate closely with product teams, Architects, and project leads to deliver robust SAP solutions.
2. Design, build, and maintain high-quality ABAP developments in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
3. Contribute to strategic projects, including the ongoing S/4HANA transformation.
4. Implement and optimize solutions primarily in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
5. Apply your OO ABAP and API experience to ensure scalable, maintainable, and efficient integrations.
6. Support development of SAP Screen Personas Flavors, improving user experience where applicable.
7. Conduct impact analyses and ensure high performance and security of your solutions.
8. Share your experience and innovative ideas with the team, mentoring when needed.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

1. 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including strong hands-on work in S/4HANA.
2. Deep understanding of ABAP OO and modern development best practices.
3. Solid experience with Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and configuration/development.
4. Good understanding of ERP modules and process integration.
5. Experience with SAP Technology Architecture and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
6. Familiarity with API methodologies (Contracts, Partners, Condition Records).
7. Experience with SAP Screen Personas is a strong plus.
8. Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the teams.
9. Analytical and problem-solving attitude.
10. Good knowledge of English and Polish (level B2+ is a minimum).
