As a Junior Project Manager with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the PMO team in reporting, monitoring KPIs, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints.
• Support the project lifecycle, including commercial management assistance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistent project management practices.
• Assist project managers and teams with the application of project management methods and tools.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for project managers and teams to promote best practices in project management.
• Provide support in communication with stakeholders, IT change management, IT financial management, and IT provider management.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge in project management planning and control, risk and quality management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience with Agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Expertise in PMO-specific capabilities, including PMO structures and processes, standardization of project methods, portfolio management, and the use of project KPIs.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
