Project
The project focuses on office consolidation in Tricity, including the closure of one office building in Gdynia and relocation to three new office floors in Gdańsk. The role requires onsite presence in both Gdynia and Gdańsk and involves coordination of network infrastructure, technical environments, and operational readiness across locations.
Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Experience managing IT infrastructure migration projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines
- Experience in network infrastructure design and implementation
- Expertise in data center and server room setup/migration
- Understanding of enterprise network equipment (switches, routers, access points)
- Experience with technical room capacity planning and office networks
- Knowledge of physical security systems and secure facility migrations
- Understanding of cyber security requirements for server rooms
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams (network, data center, security)
- Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with IT service decommissioning and equipment relocation
- Knowledge of CMDB and service catalog management
- Understanding of monitoring systems and infrastructure dependencies
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services environment
- Knowledge of Polish/European data protection and security regulations
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
- VMware or virtualization platform experience
- Experience with telephony and collaboration systems migration

Responsibilities you'll have
- Plan deinstallation of network devices from closing offices while ensuring business continuity
- Support the design of network infrastructure for new office floors
- Determine technical room capacity and requirements
- Coordinate with network specialists on infrastructure build planning and execution
- Oversee network and security infrastructure implementation
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments of new locations
- Manage network equipment relocation, server room setup, and coordination with cyber security teams and stakeholders
- Ensure operational readiness, including CMDB updates, service catalog updates, and decommissioning activities
- Coordinate migration of meeting room equipment, workplace technology, and printer fleet
