As an Agile Coach with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development


Your Responsibilities:


  • Develop product visions aligned with company goals and strategic direction.
  • Coach and support cross-functional teams to enhance their performance and collaboration.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on co-creation, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Promote agile principles and optimize team workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.


What We Are Looking For:


Technical Skills:


  • Agile Methodologies: Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Development.
  • Coaching: Strong leadership abilities and experience conducting creative workshops.
  • Tools: Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for agile project management.
  • Languages: German (C1)


Certifications:


  • SAFe 5 Agilist and PSPO3 certifications are preferred.


Soft Skills:


  • Exceptional coaching and facilitation skills to inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
