Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead generative and evaluative research across digital and hardware products

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies

  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing to integrate research into the product development process

  • Work with Hardware and Electrical teams on product tear-down analysis, image quality, and other technical reports

  • Build and maintain research documentation, processes, and a participant panel

  • Conduct competitive analysis, prepare regional reports, and monitor product sentiment across channels

  • Present research results through reports, storytelling, and workshops with key stakeholders

  • Influence product and business decisions by providing data-backed recommendations


Ideal candidate profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, ideally in hardware/connected products

  • Hands-on experience with Design Thinking experimentation

  • Strong knowledge of research methods 

  • Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources

  • Proven ability to advocate for research and translate participant needs into actionable team insights

  • Knowledge of competitive analysis, market trends, and product sentiment evaluation

  • Experience leveraging social media for user engagement, feedback monitoring, and participant recruitment

  • Proficiency with research tools and platforms 

  • Strong communication skills and fluent English

  • Salary: 100-120 PLN net/h (negotiable)
