We’re Looking for a Head Of Product Design

Product Design Strategist. Inspiring Collaborator. UX Visionary.

Kodiak Hub is searching for a Head Of Product Design where you will own the end-to-end design vision, strategy, and execution across our SaaS platform. You’ll lead a team of talented product designers, work closely with product management and engineering, and ensure that our solutions are not only functional but also intuitive, engaging, integrating AI interaction, and delightful to use.

What You’ll Do

As a Head Of Product Design, you’ll take ownership of:

• Define and drive the overall product design strategy, aligned with company vision and product goals

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product designers

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to deliver best-in-class SaaS experiences

• Champion user-centered design practices, from research and discovery to prototyping and usability testing

• Establish and scale a design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and speed across our platform

• Elevate the brand and product through design thinking and visual excellence

• Measure design impact through KPIs such as usability, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction

• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience

• Document and develop design processes that will ensure quality, innovation, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

We believe you’ll excel in this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven success designing SaaS products at scale (B2B or B2C)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills

• Hands-on knowledge of AI in applications and to support UX design (big plus!)

• Familiarity with Procurement, SRM, or supply chain management (nice to have)

• Track record of building, leading, and inspiring design teams

• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

• Experience in developing design processes that foster collaboration across teams and roles

• Experience with user research, like usability tests, prototype feedback, etc.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Data-informed mindset: comfortable using metrics and research to guide design decisions

• Passion for creating elegant, simple solutions to complex problems
