Senior Product Designer (Mobile Apps)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product design process for new features and improvements, from discovery to launch

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to take projects from 0→1 and sometimes from 0.75→1

• Deliver clean, high-fidelity UI for iOS and Android, working closely with Engineers and Product Managers to bring ideas to life

• Plan and conduct user research, advocate for how users think, and make data-informed decisions

• Define and maintain a Design System, including iconography, colour palettes, design tokens, and reusable components

• Champion design best practices, user experience excellence, and help foster a strong, user-centred design culture across the team and organisation

Ideal candidate profile

• 5+ years as a Product or UX Designer, ideally focused on mobile apps

• Confident in owning end-to-end user experiences from strategy to final designs

• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools like Protopie

• Passion for launching designs quickly

• Familiar with A/B testing, product analytics, and data-informed design

• Strong communication skills and fluent English (C1+)

• Bonus points for experience in fast-paced startups or consumer tech, especially with mobile-first products

Employment Type: B2B contract

Salary: 120-145 PLN/hour (negotiable)
