Senior Business Analyst

For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into solutions delivered by the project team.

In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of high-quality products aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and defining functional and non-functional requirements for developed products

• Identifying business needs, setting priorities, and analyzing market trends and competitor solutions

• Conducting workshops to gather and refine requirements and solutions

• Supporting the implementation of product vision and strategy

• Collaborating with the client and project team at every stage of delivery

• Decomposing high-level requirements into detailed specifications

• Creating and maintaining requirements documentation along with supporting artifacts (diagrams, tables, descriptions, etc.)

• Identifying dependencies between requirements

• Developing solutions to business problems

• Building and maintaining relationships with other departments and business partners

Ideal candidate profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst (senior level)

• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis and documentation

• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications

• Experience working with stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• English level: minimum B2

Conditions

• Work model: Hybrid (2 days in the office in Wrocław)

• Contract type: B2B

• Salary: 130–150 PLN net/h
