We are seeking a Business-System Analyst / Application Designer to join our team. The successful person in this role will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing IT system functionalities—from initial concepts to fully operational systems. This position also involves designing modifications driven by legal changes or client needs. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who wish to have a tangible impact on the development of web and mobile applications. Please note, this role does not focus on data analysis for business decision-making within existing management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business-system processes occurring at client sites;

• Monitor and incorporate legal changes affecting processes reflected in the application;

• Identify and analyze use cases, including user stories and scenarios;

• Create and update the conceptual model of the application;

• Develop documentation of functional and non-functional requirements using AXURE;

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including interface and data considerations;

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and testers; oversee the application publication process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business and system analysis methodologies;

• Experience in designing IT systems;

• Ability to identify and analyze requirements effectively;

• Competence in describing and modeling business processes;

• Knowledge of relational database design principles;

• Capability to read and interpret legal documents sufficiently to prepare application requirements.

Additional qualifications considered advantageous include:

• Experience with prototyping tools such as AXURE;

• Familiarity with design guidelines for iOS and Android applications (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines);

• Experience using project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Redmine;

• Background in domain areas such as finance, recruitment, or fee management within public institutions.
