AI Coach / AI Enablement Lead
We are recruiting for a large organization from the financial sector that is actively building competencies in the area of AI and supporting IT teams in the effective use of modern AI tools.
The role combines technical background with mentoring and advisory responsibilities. You will work closely with analysts, Product Owners, and development teams, helping them implement AI solutions in daily work and across the SDLC.
In this role, you will be responsible for educating teams, optimizing workflows with AI tools, defining standards and governance, and measuring the business impact of AI adoption (KPI/OKR/ROI).
Key responsibilities
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and consultations for analysts and development teams
Support Analysts and Product Owners in using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, LLM-based solutions)
Help teams build effective prompts and AI-driven workflows
Create and maintain an internal knowledge base of AI best practices
Monitor AI market trends and evaluate new tools and approaches
Compare available solutions (Copilot vs alternatives) and prepare recommendations based on quality, cost, risk, and compliance
Define and measure KPI/OKR and ROI related to AI adoption (productivity, quality, cost) and report to IT stakeholders
Lead AI implementation within SDLC: needs analysis, configuration, usage standards, governance, and scaling
Ideal candidate profile
5–8 years of experience as Developer, Tech Lead, or process optimization trainer in software development
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Llama or similar)
Strong understanding of IT environments and software development methodologies in large organizations (experience in the financial sector is a strong plus)
Experience conducting internal IT / digital / data / technology trainings or workshops
Practical ability to design effective prompts and AI-based workflows
Analytical mindset – ability to identify where AI delivers measurable value
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way
Openness to continuous learning and experimenting with new AI tools
