Right now we are implementing in entire Capital Group data governance practices and processes. Being responsible for implementation and maintenance of a metadata schemas and repositories to catalog and managing data assets, facilitating easy discovery and understanding by data users, you will have strong impact on elevating company wide data maturity.
Your range of responsibilities:
- Develop standards and best practices for ETL processes
- Design, implement and maintain ETL processes, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and adhere to data governance standards
- Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency, making improvements as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process
- Document ETL processes, data mappings, and transformations for future reference and training purposes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies and best practices
Our expectations:
- Previous experience as an integration specialist or in a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of Data Integration tools like Microsoft SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, IBM InfoSphere DataStage etc.
- Practical knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL/TSQL, stored procedures and data contracts concept.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills to work with both business and IT.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends in integration and data governance.
