Job title description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure required to support our data transformation platform. You will ensure reliable deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Spark jobs, web applications, and Azure resources.

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for C# web apps, Angular frontends, and Spark jobs using Azure DevOps

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM/Bicep

• Manage Azure resources: Data Lake, Delta Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, etc

• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for web apps and data pipelines

• Ensure security best practices (identity, access, secrets management)

• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to optimize deployment and runtime environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps roles, preferably with Azure

• Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

• Familiarity with deploying and managing Spark jobs on Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, or Databricks)

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).

• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

• Understanding of security, networking, and cost optimization in Azure

• Strong collaboration and troubleshooting abilities
