AI Prompt Engineer / Software Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on AI Prompt Engineer / Software Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based architectures, and cloud technologies. This role focuses on transforming innovative ideas into secure, production-ready applications within a complex, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and agent-based architectures

• Build rapid prototypes and evolve them into robust, production-grade applications

• Develop and integrate solutions using Azure cloud services and internal platforms

• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery

• Navigate governance and regulatory requirements while maintaining innovation velocity

• Contribute to end-to-end solution design, from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement

• Work iteratively within an agile team, incorporating user feedback and evolving business needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong foundation in AI concepts and applied machine learning

• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or agent frameworks (highly desirable)

• Proficiency with Azure cloud services (certifications are a plus)

• Strong scripting skills, preferably Python (Bash or PowerShell also beneficial)

• Object-oriented programming experience, ideally C# (Java or similar languages acceptable)

• Experience designing, prototyping, and productionizing software solutions

• Ability to operate effectively in complex, highly regulated environments
